1. What's your payment way?

  • We accept payment through PayPal or Credit Card.
  • All items must be paid in full.
  • The price is including shipping fees because we are provide free shipping.

2. What's the shipping way?

  • Shipping in 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. 
  • Shipping from: Sampson Avenue, Corona, CA 92879
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
  • Shipping by FedEx or Express usually will take 3-9 days that highly depends on the courier companies.
  • For Pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
  • For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation.
  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the item prices and shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges.
  • We will try our best to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, shipping destinations, weather, holidays, or incorrect/inadequate shipping information that may affect shipping delays.

3. What’s your working time?

  • Our site opens on working day, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Will be rest on weekend. 

4. What should I do If the bikes or accessories are broken?

Please contact us and tell us your bike's problem. We have local maintenance to fix it. Or we will send you replacement parts and you find a local shop to repair, and we pay for the repair fee.

5. How long about the warranty time?

We offer 1 YEAR warranty, including the frame, motor, and electrical system.

6. If I don't want to have it what should I do?

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The return e-bike should in good shape, not affect our second sell.
  • If the bike is in good condition, it is the customer's reason that want to return, the shipping fee should be paid by the customer.
  • If by any chance you want to return it, we supply a USA address to accept your return for the order within 15 days. After we received the return goods, you will get the refund money in 1-2 working days.
  • If it is the e-bike's problem that caused the return, we will pay for the return shipping fee.
